For Brand New Accounts That Have Never Used Remo With Any Other Lab

(If you have used Remo before, call the lab to have everything on our end set up before you start)

(If you have not used Remo before, call the lab to set up a WebID and password before proceeding)

Downloading and Installing DVI RxWizard (Remo)

1. Open your web browser and go to http://thedvi.com/plugin/npwremo_5_2_17.exe

2. Click on "run"

3. When finished downloading click "run"

4. Click "next"

5. When prompted for a password, enter "slaboff"

6. Click "next"

7. Click "yes"

8. Click "next"

9. Click "next"

10. Click "finish"

11. When this is completed there should be an icon on your desktop named "DVI RxWizard, double click this to open

12. Once open go to Setup > Accounts (you do not need to add Optic Blue to the labs, this information will be automatically downloaded for you)

13. Under Setup > Accounts, click "add"

14. Under Account, type your account name

15. Under Web, type your WebID number (this is given to you by the lab)

16. Under Password, type your password (also given to you by the lab)

17. Then enter your Email address, this is strictly to recover a lost password if you ever lose or forget it.

18. Click "OK"

19. Click "OK" again

20. Go up to File > Transmit and all the lab information should be downloaded and ready to go.
